We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Nordwexa Money OS. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment partner Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net or by contacting us at info@nordwexa.com.

Exceptions

Refunds apply to full annual subscriptions. Partial usage periods or partial amounts are not refunded if you have used the Service for most of the year.

Processing time

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
