These terms apply to your use of Nordwexa Money OS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Nordwexa ("we", "our", or "us").

1. The Service

Nordwexa Money OS is a web-based personal finance app that lets users track income, expenses, savings goals and gain insights into their finances. Access to the Service is provided through an annual subscription.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, distribute malicious code, attempt to bypass security measures, or otherwise misuse the Service.

4. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, including code, design and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service in line with your subscription.

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service, handles payments, taxes and returns. For more information, see Paddle's terms of purchase.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in cases of serious breach of these terms, non-payment, or if your usage poses a security or fraud risk.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service during the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
